Valet Clippers Corporate Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Overview
Valet Clippers Corporate Membership is a subscription-based grooming program that provides organizations with monthly credits, exclusive discounts, and employee access to premium grooming services at our Highland and Saratoga Springs locations.
2. Payment & Billing
Membership fees are billed monthly to the credit card provided during registration.
Payments are due on the same day each month based on the original enrollment date.
Failed payments may result in a temporary suspension of membership benefits until resolved.
3. Credits & Usage
Each membership tier provides a fixed number of service credits per month.
Credits can be redeemed by registered employees using the company’s unique corporate code.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
4. Employee Eligibility

5. Cancellation Policy
Membership may be canceled at any time with 30 days' written notice to admin@valetclippers.com.
Canceled memberships forfeit unused credits after the final billing cycle.
6. Upgrades & Downgrades
Companies may upgrade or downgrade tiers at the start of any new billing cycle.
Pricing adjustments take effect on the next billing date.
7. Liability & Conduct
Valet Clippers is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal property during service.
Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in service refusal without refund.
8. Terms Modification
Valet Clippers reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions with notice. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of any changes.
